Installation Instructions

1. First erect the host with the download port down
2. Put the high H-shaped rack on the mainframe and tighten the screws (Note: These 4 screws do not need to be tightened, just took the screws).
3. Next, go to the bottom of the frame, as in step 2, do not tighten the screws and put on the nuts.
4. Raise the sleeper motor, raise the bottom of one first, and tighten the screws, remember not to tighten the screws, just took well
5. Move the wheels, use the cylindrical pins to push the wheels from the outside, and put them in the weft, and then lock them with cleft pins to prevent the wheels from finishing.
6. Right to the machine installed and place the machine on flat ground. At this time, when it is stable, then the 8 locking screws of the main unit and push the machine without shaking.
7. Install the side plate of the conveyor belt, pay attention to the difference between left and right, do not install it upside down, install according to the picture.
8. Install the roller conveyor without feed, attention to put an M10 gasket on the inside of the conveyor belt roller, remember, if it is not, once the screws are tightened, the conveyor roller does not rotate.
9. The top conveyor belt tightens the adjustment screw.
10. Install the conveyor belt feed platform, fixed with a screw on both sides.
11. Install the conveyor belt feed protection plate, pay attention to the protection plate is placed on the feed roller, align the holes and install the screws.
12. Install the discharge adjustment deflector, which should be as long as the cut. No need to install here. The baffle should be reduced and the piercing should be fine, but the speed of the grass should be slow.
13. Install the protective cover on the right side. A double head screw is necessary here. First put on the host, and then put the nut of the protective cover. Check if the protective cover is attached to the transmission pulley, and if there is a gap, whether it touches the pulley. But just tighten the screws.
14. Install the motor, pay attention to the rotation of the motor, the machine needs to turn to the right, adjust the motor and the pulley wheel shaft to be perpendicular to a horizontal line, pay attention to the tightness of the belt.
15. Install the protective cover, carry out the assembly successfully, clean the inside of the machine, test the rotation of the engine and make sure that the machine is working properly, then it can be turned on.
16. To install the bucket, put the large partition at the top and the small partition at the bottom. Align the holes and fix them with screws.
