Installation step:
1. First erect the host with the discharge port facing down
2. Put the high H-shaped rack into the mainframe and fasten the screws (Note: These 4 screws do not need to be tightened, just take the screws).
3. Then go to the lower frame, same as step 2, do not tighten the screws and put on the nuts.
4. Go up the motor crossbar, go up the lower one first, and fasten the screws, remember not to tighten the screws, just take them well
5. Move the casters up, use cylindrical pins to push the wheels from the outside in, and put them on the frame, and then lock them with cotter pins to prevent the wheels from running out.
6. Right the installed machine and place the machine on a flat ground. At this time, when it is stable, then lock the 8 screws on the main unit and push the machine without shaking.
7. Install the side plate of the conveyor belt, pay attention to the difference between the left and right, don't install it upside down, install according to the picture.
8. Install the conveyor belt unpowered roller, pay attention to put a M10 gasket inside the conveyor belt roller, remember, if it is not put, once the screws are tightened, the conveyor belt roller will not rotate.
9.Upper conveyor belt tightness adjustment screw.
10. Install the conveyor belt feeding platform, fixed with a screw on both sides.
11. Install the conveyor belt feed protection plate, pay attention to the protection plate is placed in the feed roller, align the screw holes, and install the screws.
12. Install the discharge adjustment baffle, which should be as long as cut. There is no need to install it here. The baffle should be lowered, and the punching should be fine, but the speed of the grass should be slow.
13. Install the protective cover on the right side. A double-head screw is needed here. First put it on the host, and then put the nut on the protective cover. Check whether the protective cover is stuck to the drive pulley, and if there is a gap, whether it touches the pulley. But just tighten the screws.
14. Install the motor, pay attention to the rotation of the motor, the machine needs to rotate clockwise, adjust the motor wheel and the spindle pulley to be perpendicular to a horizontal line, pay attention to the belt tightness.
15. Install the protective cover, complete the assembly successfully, clean the inside of the machine, test the rotation of the motor and make sure that the machine is running correctly, then it can be powered on.
16. To install the bucket, put the large partition on the top and the small partition on the bottom. Align the screw holes and fix them with screws.
